PROGRAM SUMMARY
RipefieldZ provides expertise in exciting and engaging education enrichment programs in charter, after-school programs, and the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) and Prince George County Public Schools (PGCPS). Our rich development and design programs for STEAM and STEM, Culinary, Robotics, Lego Engineering, Puppetry, Character Coaching, Full Video and Theater Production, Digital, Transitions Integration Framework, Behavior Management, the Performing Arts, Newsroom Production Photo, Cinematography, including videography, and digital art and photography. Responsible for program curricula and lesson plans, classroom facilitation, selected human resource coverage, hiring and training, general employee assessments, payroll, updating and purchasing supplies, and teacher, staff, student, and parent orientation and preparation. Covers the daily operation, safety, and achievement of the company's goals. Ensures high-quality company program and customer service results. Collaborates effectively with staff, teachers, parents, and students to ensure all program components function accurately. Commits to driving operational goals and developing innovative programs in various areas of learning
I hold weekly meetings with employees to set and execute departmental goals. I also manage websites, maintain staff and student identification cards, and strengthen community relationships to tackle problems and be proactive.
Builds connections with employers and businesses in real-time, nurturing working relationships and offering job readiness and pre-employment training that leads to mentorship and internship opportunities. Organizes support groups and workshops for parents and students to foster strong bonds with family, schools, communities, and employers.
I provide outstanding extracurricular activities and exceptional lesson plans across diverse art platforms, including media, STEAM, STEM, behavioral modifiers, theatre, videography, and several enrichment programs in performing arts. Additionally, I focus on digital film and diverse photography, spoken language, Rapp, and other formats to boost creative expression and foster independence.
